We were honoured to host an incredible team from Stanbic Bank Uganda — a visit that left our entire community inspired, encouraged and deeply grateful.

As part of their International Children’s Day celebrations, Stanbic Bank Uganda demonstrated a powerful commitment to inclusive education and the wellbeing of Deaf children. Their support was not just symbolic. It was practical, thoughtful and directly aligned with the needs of our learners.

The team delivered a generous donation that will significantly strengthen learning and daily life at Masaka School for the Deaf. This included desktop computers, laptops, a printer, personal hygiene supplies and scholastic materials. Each item carries real impact. The ICT equipment expands our digital learning capacity and opens new opportunities for Deaf learners to connect with the wider world. The hygiene and school supplies support their overall wellbeing and comfort while at school.

For a school dedicated to providing quality, empowering education to Deaf children — where the right tools are essential for inclusive and practical learning — this contribution is invaluable. It enhances our teaching environment, supports our learners’ growth and reinforces our mission of transforming lives.

To the entire team at Stanbic Bank Uganda, thank you for choosing Masaka School for the Deaf, for standing with our learners and for investing in their future. Your support makes a meaningful difference and strengthens the work we do every day.
